Policies, Terms and Conditions:
All custom orders are final after payment has been made. If payment is received this means that all terms and conditions have been accepted. If for any reason within 5 days of receiving order and products have not been shipped, if client wants to cancel order for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.n Las Vegas Stripper Poles reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason and at anytime. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY TIME BUT WILL DO OUR BEST TO SHIP QUICKLY. Las Vegas Stripper Poles is not responsible for any consequential losses due to non shipment or damaged packages, however we will replace any damaged parts at our expense. (CUSTOM PERMANENT POLES THAT ARE ORDERED TO SIZE CANNOT BE RETURNED) ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! Depending on where you live in the country your shipping charge will added manually depending in distance from CA (shipping located in CA) or NV (shipping located in NV) and actual cost of shipping. ex. If you live in NY, WV, FL your shipping charge will be $200- $400 per stage ordered, depending on the size, weight, and number of crates. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS PRE AUTHORIZED BY Las Vegas Stripper Poles. To get an RA# please call customer service at 702.360.3756. 1 Year Limited Warranty Your stage is warranted against manufacturer defects (not including normal wear and tear) for a period of 1 year and defective parts may be returned for replacement of the same part only. Las Vegas Stripper Poles is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the stage and or poles or its user in any way. Las Vegas Stripper Poles is not responsible for misuse or abuse by the purchaser and will not replace parts nor be responsible for any liability attributable to the use or misuse of the product. For Rentals:
To reserve a rental credit card information has to be on file along with billing address. Card will not be charged until 72 hours prior to actual rental date. To cancel we need 48 hours advance notice, otherwise card will be charged in full. If cancellation is 48 hours prior card will be charged $50.00 fee. For same day rentals, it is final, no refund will be given.
If for any reason there are any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Credit Card on file can be charged up to but not to exceed $1200.00. This includes lights, pole, stage, side panels, all hardware, and any other product that is being rented by the client. Las Vegas Stripper Poles will set up a delivery time & pick up time. If time has to be changed by client there is no guarentee on delivery time because of the change. All deliveries are scheduled 24 hours prior.
